Fashion trends are tricky to master. With an industry that is constantly releasing new looks and trends, it can be extremely difficult to keep up. At least ten fashion trends have happened in 2019 and we aren’t even done with 2019!

Not to mention how expensive it can be to keep up with the latest trends. Now, I love a good shopping spree. Finding that perfect outfit is absolutely amazing, but I can’t always indulge in the newest thing. Hello, I am still going to school and I have bills that I need to pay for. I do not have money to spend on every trend.

I know a lot of young women in the exact same boat. A Kim Kardashian look on a 20-something-year-old budget? Not going to happen. So what is a girl to do? Just focus on those classic fashion trends!

This brand comes to mind when talking about denim. They have something for every woman. These shoes are a MUST in every woman’s wardrobe. Anyone who knows me knows I love Converse. I have them in multiple colors and patterns. I love the versatility you have with these shoes. I have personally worn my Converses to the gym, school, work, and to parties. Throw on your Converse with a pair of jeans, your white t-shirt, sunglasses and you’ll have the perfect casual outfit. Floral prints and dresses go hand-in-hand. For spring, pair your favorite floral dress with either sneakers or ballet flats. For summer, grab floral shorts or a floral skirt with a solid color top. Ah, yes, the little black dress. The dress that makes you feel all the way seductive. Black is an elegant and sophisticated color. It has an air of mystery about it. Cardigans are my favorite of the fashion trends! I have thicker arms, so jean or leather jackets don’t really work for me. Plus I don’t like feeling restricted. Cardigans are perfect because they are soft and light. They also complete any look. Use them for a contrast of color to make your outfit stand out. I’ve even used them with formal dresses. They are just so versatile! H&M and Rue 21 are my favorite places to go for fairly priced cardigans. Both stores have cardigans in every shade, length, and material imaginable. You’re bound to find one you love!

• Midi dress

I love dresses. There is just something about them that makes me feel so girly and comfortable. Midi dresses are my favorite. For those that do not know, midi dresses and skirts end halfway between your knee and ankle. This type of dress is perfect because it’s easy to dress down or up. You could wear your midi dress with heels, your hair up, and your makeup done for a night out or wear your jean jacket and boots for a casual day look. I recommend shopping on Amazon.
